Five M Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Cost Planner/Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation and budgeting for complex projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, evaluating quotations, and monitoring costs on-site as needed.

• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), tender documents, and project budgets.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost planning.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor project costs and prepare progress claims.
• Assist in contract administration and variation order management.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
