GRANDCREST CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for fit-out and condominium projects in Brazil.

You will manage tendering, monitor budgets, and prepare monthly progress claims in collaboration with contractors and vendors. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and has at least three years of fit-out project experience, with strong contract management and pricing skills.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee tendering and bidding with vendors to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure delivery within budget.
