Responsibilities:

Timeline Management, Project Planning, Monitoring and Coordination:

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.

• Track project progress against planned dates and identify potential delays early.

• Manage dependencies and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Reassess timelines and implement recovery plans when delivery risks arise.

• Provide regular updates on milestone achievement and schedule performance.

• Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews and stakeholder discussions.

• Track action items, dependencies and decisions to ensure smooth project execution.

• Escalate critical risks and blockers promptly and drive resolution.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

• Engage stakeholders throughout project lifecycle to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, priorities and expected outcomes.

• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparent reporting.

• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions in a timely manner.

• Influence stakeholders to secure support, resources, and commitment needed for successful delivery.

• Escalate critical matters appropriately and facilitate timely resolution of challenges.

• Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project planning and delivery activities.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation strategies.

• Monitor risk factors and take correctiveactionwhen necessary to keep the project on track.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project expenditure, forecasts and budget utilization throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure project spending aligns with approved scope, business priorities and expected outcomes.

• Plan and coordinate resource allocation to ensure the right skills and capacity are available throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor resource utilization and proactively address capacity constraints, competing priorities and resource gaps.

The candidate shouldhave:

• Strong experience in managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation through implementation.

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.

• Experience in vendor management, including delivery oversight, performance monitoring and stakeholder coordination.

• Good understanding and practical application of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban or Hybrid delivery models.

• Strong project governance, risk management, planning, and execution capabilities.

• A proactive, results-oriented and transformation-focused mindset with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and delivery environments.
