GH15 Pte Ltd in Brazil seeks a Civil Engineering professional to assist the PM in overseeing construction activities, progress, planning, and monitoring of work schedules in line with the master programme.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, supervising site activities, and ensuring quality and safety compliance on site. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings.
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Attend site meetings and inspection.
• Preparation of documentation including project status report, method of statement and work procedure for the project.
• Planning, executing, monitoring and control of the project.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants' representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors.
• Handing of technical and engineering problems.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
• Ensuring that the quality control of the project is met.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
• Prepare necessary work and safety permits, submission documents and drawings once work are completed.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
