• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a project engineering or coordination role.
• Familiarity with automation technologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with design tools AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
