GSM Pte Ltd in Brazil’s Norte region seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of engineering projects on site. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets and resources, and ensure successful handovers to customers.

Responsibilities include FAT coordination, risk management, cost control, and regular reporting to management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards on site.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, QA, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage project costs, risks, and changes.
• Review technical drawings and project specifications.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.
• Lead, coach, and support project team members.
