Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent financial acumen with budget management and cost control.
• PMP or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience in civil or infrastructure projects is valued.

About the role

Premium-Rich Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and delivering construction projects from inception through to completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is integral to our success and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the strategic objectives of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Managing project budgets, costs and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters
• Overseeing site operations and supervising construction teams to maintain safety, quality and productivity standards
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
• Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies and addressing issues as they arise
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project progress against milestones and preparing regular reports for senior management and clients
• Managing contract administration, including change orders, variations and dispute resolution
• Leading and mentoring project team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices
• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety regulations and building codes
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges
• Professional qualification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable
• Experience in civil or infrastructure projects is a valued advantage
