Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte is seeking a results-oriented Project & Strategy Analyst to support the structuring, monitoring and execution of strategic initiatives. You will perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Python/R, Power BI, SQL, and a proactive, collaborative mindset for coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Python/R, Power BI, SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, support analyses, organize information and generate insights for projects.
• Experience in project management and project tracking.
• Analytical skills for data processing and development of diagnostics.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and management reports.
• Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious profile with an interest in learning, exploring new approaches and seeking solutions in a structured manner.
• Experience managing strategic projects, transformation or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
• Experience in building and monitoring KPIs.
• Experience in a corporate environment interacting with business areas and executive teams.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and assessment of initiative feasibility.

Responsabilidades
