Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analyst to organize and reconcile cross-department data for accurate corporate reporting. You will act as process owner, driving adherence to schedules, and manage risks and deviations throughout cycles.

You will build dashboards with KPIs, monitor performance, and maintain tools used during target periods. Collaboration with managers will inform strategic decisions and enable scalable automation.

Qualificações

• Advanced Excel with automation (VBA)
• Power BI modeling, DAX, and dashboard UX experience
• SharePoint, Forms, API integrations (n8n) preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize, reconcile, and analyze information from different areas of the company, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data used in corporate reports and dashboards.
• Act as process owner, driving stakeholders' adherence to the established process, ensuring deadlines and routines are met, and managing exceptions. Also identify risks and deviations throughout the cycle.
• Build and monitor KPIs on dashboards to track the performance of different stakeholders.
• Maintain the tools and systems used during the target/goal cycle.
• Lead alignment meetings with managers and directors, providing support through analyses and materials that inform decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to increase predictability and consistency, identifying and implementing automations (flows, scripts, integrations) to reduce manual tasks and enable scaling.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel (including automations/VBA)
• Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard UX)
• SharePoint, Forms, integrations (API / n8n) - preferred
