Job Summary

You'll be crucial in building strong relationships understanding the needs of academic institutions and running engaging programs to drive the adoption and impact of Google for Education and Gemini tools. Responsibilities

Learning & Contributing

  • Program & Event Support: Assist in planning logistics and execution of engagement events (Google Days) for educators and administrators ensuring a smooth and impactful experience.
  • User Engagement Initiatives: Help develop and execute creative strategies to increase the use of Google for Education across HED institutions. This includes creating and distributing engaging content organizing training schedules and supporting the growth of an online user community.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with the core team to support relationship management with key contacts at client institutions including administrators IT staff and faculty.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team by assisting in the tracking of client needs and identifying potential opportunities for renewals upgrades and new feature adoption within existing accounts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Support the team in communicating with key educational leaders from IT administrators to pedagogical experts learning how to articulate the value of our solutions.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing professional presentations introductory training materials and online resources that showcase the impact of Google for Education and Gemini.
  • Training & Onboarding: Help prepare and occasionally co-lead sessions to train educators and administrators on how to best utilize Google for Education tools in the classroom and for institutional use.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records and reports on the success of various engagement programs and initiatives identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Education: Currently in the final year of a Bachelors degree or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in Education Technology Business Communications or a related field.
  • Project & Event Leadership: Proven ability to successfully organize plan or execute complex projects events or programs during your academic career (e.g. student government major club/society leadership large-scale academic projects or internships).
  • Collaboration & Tech Experience: Demonstrated experience working on collaborative projects and familiarity with Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability & Drive: High level of enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a genuine belief in the transformative potential of technology in education (EdTech).
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required (written and spoken) to effectively support our clients in Brazil.

You have direct experience using Google for Education tools (like Classroom Meet Docs etc.) as a student or teaching assistant.

You have experience in community building content creation (e.g. managing a university social media channel creating training videos) or running online/hybrid events.
