A logistics fulfillment platform in Brazil is seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage the Kanban board, validate outcomes of features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with software development processes. This is a full-time remote position with online hiring interviews.

Responsibilities
  • Backlog & Kanban Management: Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals. Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the PM and relevant team members.
  • Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output: After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code and doing data analysis are very beneficial, but not required.
