Ops Integration Team is looking for a Process Improvement Program Manager to lead several concurrently projects in support of our growth. You will own a portfolio of projects and will be accountable to their end-to-end development: from scoping, to execution, through successful implementation and adoption. You will work closely with leadership and supporting areas to find opportunities for continuous improvement and will be responsible for the adoption of the correct processes and tools to raise the bar on performance and quality for our customers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work across disciplines, organizations, and geographies, translating complex technical and operational requirements for varied audiences. You must think big, move fast, and pivot frequently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in supply chain, FC operation and transportation is a plus, but hands‑on experience in operations is a must. This person will partner and work closely with Business Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, IT and Finance.
