Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional in São Paulo to drive digital transformation through process automation and data-driven solutions. You will partner with business and tech teams to enhance governance and efficiency, using Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, and Python.

The role focuses on automation, data processing, and system integration to deliver scalable outcomes and reliable performance indicators across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in process automation and digital transformation to boost operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools with focus on Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience developing and manipulating data using Python.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and data modeling/ governance.
• Ability to map processes, identify improvements, and propose scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field


• Experience in process automation, digital transformation, and the development of solutions focused on operational efficiency


• Knowledge of Microsoft tools, with a focus on Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot


• Experience developing and manipulating data using Python


• Knowledge of systems integration through APIs


• Experience in data modeling, processing, analysis, and governance


• Ability to map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose scalable solutions


• Experience creating performance indicators, dashboards, and management reports


• Knowledge of process documentation, internal controls, and solution traceability


• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technology teams


• Preferred: experience with SAP, including data extraction and integration via API or RFC


• Preferred: knowledge of Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit, or Process Governance


• Preferred: experience in the energy sector


• Preferred: knowledge of automation architecture, artificial intelligence applied to processes, and enterprise integration solutions
