Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge between business units and technology vendors, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and define functional specifications for ERP integrations.

You will gather requirements, design workflows, and oversee testing and user adoption while leveraging SQL, Power BI, APIs, and AI opportunities in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes automation and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
Knowledge of requirements gathering and process modeling.
Experience with ERP systems and integrations.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, APIs, and automation tools.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to business.
Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the focal point between business units and technology vendors.
Map and analyze business processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Gather requirements from users and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Design AS-IS and TO-BE processes, workflows, and business rules.
Provide functional support for ERP and integrated systems.
Specify enhancements and oversee implementations, integrations, testing, and user acceptance testing.
Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, workflows, and Artificial Intelligence.
Monitor projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure the quality and traceability of information across systems.
Conduct training and support users in adopting and enhancing solutions.
