JCVL PTE. LTD. in Brazil's Região Norte seeks a Senior Construction Project Lead responsible for coordinating large-scale building projects, synthesizing data from CDE, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to mitigate risks and ensure smooth delivery.

You will review drawings, manage BIM and project documents in ProjectWise, liaise with stakeholders, and present executive dashboards using Power BI and MS Office. A formal architectural degree and 15 years of experience are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Successfully completed at least three projects at the construction and handover stages.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide construction activities.
• Navigate BIM models and Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical documents, RFIs, RFAs, and project statuses.
• Work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced project environments to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders including CAG to facilitate project progress.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to analyze data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and prepare executive-level presentations.

Job Summary
