Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to oversee strategic corporate construction initiatives. You will lead the full lifecycle from planning and contracting to delivery, coordinating design, PM firms, and constructor teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget results.

You will manage schedules, budgets, KPIs, and reports while maintaining strict compliance with quality and safety standards across multiple stakeholders in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PMI or related certification is a plus.
• Experience delivering real estate developments and corporate facilities projects.
• Proven ability to lead design, PM firms, and construction contractors.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and progress tracking skills using standard tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate and corporate construction projects.
• Manage full lifecycle from conception to delivery and closeout.
• Coordinate design firms, PM firms, and construction vendors.
• Develop schedules, budgets, KPIs, and management reports.
• Ensure timelines, costs, quality, scope, and safety requirements.
• Lead interface with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities; propose mitigation actions.
• Lead progress review meetings with suppliers and teams.
• Prepare executive materials to support decisions.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the company's real estate projects and strategic corporate construction projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from conception, planning, and contracting through final delivery.
• Coordinate third-party companies responsible for project design, project management, and construction execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, performance indicators, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with requirements related to timelines, costs, quality, scope, and safety.
• Coordinate interfaces with the company's internal departments and other stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities, proposing actions to mitigate deviations and maximize results.
• Lead progress review meetings with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare executive presentations and materials to support management and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate project handover, delivery, and closeout processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience implementing real estate developments and corporate, commercial, logistics, industrial, or institutional buildings.
• Experience managing design firms, project management firms, and construction companies.
• Knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and physical and financial progress control.
• Knowledge of contract and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools.
• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with real estate developers, construction companies, construction management firms, engineering consultancies, corporate real estate, or facilities management is a plus.
• Experience implementing corporate CAPEX projects and expanding facilities or business units is a plus.
