JCVL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Architect/Project Lead to oversee mega projects spanning buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation. You will guide delivery to meet client objectives, uphold technical excellence, and ensure rigorous safety compliance.

You will direct supervision teams, apply advanced architectural design and construction expertise, and administer contracts under PSSCOC to maintain project integrity and performance.

Qualificações

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Current registration with the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including 15 years on similar large-scale projects.

Job Summary

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Maintain current registration with the Board of Architects.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate a minimum of 20 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 15 years on projects of similar size and complexity involving major construction works.
