Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture.
• More than 3 years of experience for Architect position is preferred.
• Experience in design or project management of medium to large-scale complex projects.
• Familiarity with Contract Administration for Project Implementation.
• Having experience in healthcare projects is a preferred advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit are beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
