Lead and coordinate large-scale building construction projects through all stages, applying architectural expertise and advanced project management skills to identify risks, interpret technical data, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include synthesizing data from CDE/EDMS and Primavera P6, interpreting drawings and specs, reviewing BIM models, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualificações

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
• Successfully completed at least two projects through construction and handover stages.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate large-scale building projects across all stages.
• Identify risks from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 and mitigate coordination issues.
• Review drawings, specifications and project requirements for accurate execution.
• Navigate BIM models and EDMS to review documents, RFIs/RFAs, and statuses.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Prepare executive presentations and data-driven dashboards.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate large-scale building construction projects through all stages, applying architectural expertise and advanced project management skills to identify risks, interpret technical data, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Navigate BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical documents, RFIs/RFAs, and project statuses.
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to manage fast-paced construction projects effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders including CAG to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations using advanced Microsoft Office skills and interpret data-driven dashboards such as Power BI.

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
• Successfully completed at least two projects through construction and handover stages.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex project data for risk identification.
• Proficiency in using BIM models and EDMS for project review.
• Advanced presentation skills for executive communication.
