CIAP Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Architect (lead) / Associate to lead architectural design and project management for large-scale, complex projects. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork with clients and contractors.

The candidate should have ITA architecture qualifications, 10+ years of experience, BOA registration preferred, and familiarity with large public and healthcare projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of experience; BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect.
• Experience in design or PM of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above).
• Familiarity with public project protocols (PSSCOC) is a plus.
• Healthcare project experience is highly preferred.

As a Senior Architect (lead) / Associate, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience plus BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect position
• Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above)
• Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
• Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
