JCVL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Construction Programme Planner to lead planning, review, and control for large-scale projects on-site. You will assess contractor schedules, integrate programmes, verify progress, and report using Primavera P6 to support delivery.

Responsibilities include analysing critical paths, generating detailed reports, and coordinating with stakeholders. On-site, full-time presence is required in a fast-paced EPC environment.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of relevant construction project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with 4D BIM programme integration.
• Airport project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of time-related contractual provisions, including EOT principles.

Responsabilidades

• Assess contractor schedules and integrate them into the client master programme for alignment and timely delivery.
• Verify project progress and perform critical path and interface analysis to identify delays and risks.
• Produce programme reports using Primavera P6 for stakeholders and decision making.
• Utilise Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) to manage large datasets and integrate EDMS outputs into Primavera P6.
• Use Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain schedules.
• Identify and elevate interface and handover risks between project packages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver clear programme presentations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as a strong team player.
• Stationed full-time on-site to ensure timely coordination and support critical project decisions.

Job Summary

You will lead programme planning, review, and control for large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely coordination and decision-making on-site. You will assess contractor schedules, integrate programmes, verify progress, analyze critical paths, and report using Primavera P6 to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess contractor schedules and integrate them into the client master programme to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Verify project progress and perform critical path and interface analysis to identify potential delays and risks
• Produce detailed programme reports using Primavera P6 to inform project stakeholders and support decision-making
• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables, to manage large datasets and integrate EDMS outputs such as ProjectWise deliverables and metadata into Primavera P6
• Utilize planning and reporting tools including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules
• Proactively identify, flag, and elevate interface and handover risks between project packages to mitigate delays
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, delivering clear and structured programme presentations to facilitate communication and alignment
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as a strong team player in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment
• Stationed full-time on-site to ensure timely coordination and support critical project decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in large-scale construction projects within a main contractor or EPC environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent related discipline.
• Experience in 4D BIM programme integration to enhance project visualization and sequencing
• Experience delivering programmes for projects of comparable scale, complexity, and construction sequencing, preferably with airport project experience
• Good working knowledge of time related contractual provisions, including EOT principles.
