Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.

• Knowledge of Revit for quantity takeoff support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Practical construction experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of design coordination is an advantage.
• Experience with BIM methodology applied to cost estimating is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Register invitations to participate in competitive bidding processes and maintain a full history in the system.
• Organize, print, and compile invitation documents and prepare the technical dossier for analysis and validation.
• Confirm via email receipt of information and documents from suppliers and clients.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals in line with the Invitation to Bid and ensure submission of all documentation.
• Issue standard letters for extensions or declines as needed.
• Perform quantity takeoffs based on architectural and design plans across disciplines.
• Conduct critical design analyses to identify risks and impacts on costs and schedules.
• Support budgets' preparation, review, and validation for technical and financial compliance.
• Interface with Design, Planning, and Construction teams to clarify technical information.
• Use BIM tools, mainly Revit, to extract, verify, and validate quantities.
• Provide site inspection support to the Construction team when requested.

• Register invitations to participate in competitive bidding processes in the database, ensuring traceability and a complete history of each proposal in the computerized system;
• Organize, print, and compile invitation documents, prepare the technical dossier, and forward it, together with the pricing spreadsheet, to the coordination team for analysis and validation;
• Formally confirm, via email, receipt of all information and documents sent by suppliers and clients;
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals in accordance with the Invitation to Bid, ensuring the complete submission of all documentation required by each client;
• Issue standard letters requesting extensions to proposal submission deadlines and/or declining invitations, whenever necessary;
• Perform quantity takeoffs based on architectural and complementary design plans, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines;
• Conduct critical analyses of designs, identifying risks, inconsistencies, scope deviations, and potential impacts on costs and schedules;
• Support the preparation, review, and validation of budgets, ensuring technical, financial, and contractual compliance;
• Act as an interface with the Design, Planning, and Construction teams to align and clarify technical information;
• Use BIM tools, primarily Revit, to extract, verify, and validate quantities;
• Provide occasional support to the Construction team by participating in technical site inspections when requested.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience with quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates;
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural and complementary design plans;
• Strong critical design analysis skills, with practical field awareness;
• Knowledge of Revit for quantity takeoff support;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Knowledge of design coordination is an advantage;
• Experience with BIM methodology applied to cost estimating is an advantage.
