Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead architecture and urban planning projects for apparel retail clients. You will coordinate schedules, costs, and documentation, and break projects into actionable tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture and Urban Planning, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and BIM Collaborate Pro.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning required
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within the retail sector
• Experience managing projects from conception through delivery
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (required), as well as ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro
