Jobtailor is seeking a data analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and management panels. You will craft SQL queries, integrate multiple data sources, and automate recurring reporting tasks to support decision making.

The role focuses on data cleansing, modeling, and ensuring data quality, with responsibilities spanning KPI calculations, profitability analysis, and governance. You will document data flows and provide user support.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of data manipulation and transformation (advanced Excel and basic/intermediate SQL, with a focus on Databricks)
Basic knowledge of data modeling and data quality
Ability to work with multiple data sources and integrations
Basic knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), targets, budgets, and forecasts
Basic knowledge of profitability analysis, cost control, and project tracking
Ability to create management reports and dashboards
Basic knowledge of process automation and automated report generation
Basic knowledge of data governance and document organization
Familiarity with corporate processes related to Commercial Planning, Regulatory Affairs, and Services

Responsabilidades

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and management panels using BI tools
Create and optimize query statements (SQL or similar) to extract, transform, and consolidate data
Develop and maintain routines to automate recurring tasks, reports, and processes
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling using multiple data sources
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by applying technical validations and business rules
Conduct guided quality testing (functional testing and data validation) before publishing reports and analytical products
Document business rules, technical assumptions, and data flows to ensure traceability of developed products
Maintain version control and change histories for reports, queries, and automations
Monitor data loads, integrations, and scheduled updates, identifying and correcting failures
Support the development and maintenance of data models and analytical structures
Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical calculations according to business needs
Support technical analyses of profitability, costs, targets, and forecasts through proper data structuring
Provide technical support to users in interpreting reports and using tools
Ensure compliance with best practices in data governance, information security, and development standardization
Organize repositories, databases, and technical documentation for developed projects
