Jobtailor is seeking a Pricing and BI Analyst to transform pricing and performance data into actionable business insights. You will contribute to forecasts, scenario planning, and profitability analysis, while building Power BI dashboards and KPIs to empower Sales, Pricing, Procurement, and Operations teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional experience in Pricing, Commercial Planning, Sales Planning, Business Intelligence, or Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard and KPI development
• Knowledge of margins, profitability, sales, pricing, and commercial KPIs
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and turn analyses into business recommendations
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pricing, commercial planning, and performance analyses, transforming data into business insights and recommendations
• Support short- and medium-term sales planning by contributing to forecasts, targets, and scenario development
• Analyze prices, margins, sales, inventory, competitiveness, and demand behavior to identify opportunities and risks
• Monitor the results of pricing strategies and initiatives, assessing their impact on sales, margins, and profitability
• Develop analyses to support pricing, margin, volume, and profitability decisions
• Create and enhance dashboards and KPIs in Power BI, making information more accessible and actionable for the business
• Work with large data volumes using SQL, BigQuery, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Automate processes, analyses, and reports to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
• Structure KPIs, metrics, and business rules to monitor commercial and pricing performance
• Prepare executive reports and presentations, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pricing, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, and Technology

Requirements
