Jobtailor is seeking a Power BI and People Analytics specialist in the São Paulo area to develop and maintain dashboards, consolidate data from multiple sources, and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights. You will consolidate data from multiple sources, analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.

In addition, you will define and improve KPIs, automate reports, support HR data governance, and write technical documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards.
• Intermediate Spanish.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
• Intermediate English is a plus.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and People metrics, ensuring information quality, consistency, and accessibility
Consolidate and analyze data from different sources and systems, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights
Transform data and analyses into clear, actionable recommendations, supporting leaders and other business areas in decision-making
Develop executive analyses and materials for leadership forums
Support the definition and continuous improvement of KPIs, metrics, and People Analytics methodologies
Automate reports and data processes, reducing manual activities and increasing efficiency and reliability
Support the integration and governance of data from different HR systems and processes
Write clean, well-documented code
Stay up to date with emerging trends in the technology market
Write technical documentation for reference

Requirements
