Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics specialist to extract, clean, structure, and model data from multiple systems, turning complex information into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI, automate reports with Python and VBA, and collaborate with operations and collections teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decisions.

• Experience with data analysis, cleaning, structuring, and modeling.
• Experience with databases and handling information from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI for dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Python applied to data analysis and process automation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Access, and VBA.
• Ability to interpret data and translate analyses into business recommendations.
• Analytical, proactive communicator across technical and business teams.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML applications is a plus.
• Experience with ERP data, particularly Protheus, is a plus.
