Jobtailor is seeking a senior BI professional to design and deliver Power BI dashboards and BI solutions for a fast-paced analytics team in Brazil. You will perform semantic modeling, DAX, and data storytelling while guiding stakeholders and mentoring junior colleagues.

You will work with data lakes and Microsoft Fabric, focusing on performance, governance, and best-practices to enable scalable analytics across the organization. Hybrid work with two on-site days weekly is available.

Qualificações

• Experience with data modeling.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards.
• Advanced DAX (filter and row context, time intelligence, among other capabilities).
• Knowledge of DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, VertiPaq Analyzer, and Performance Analyzer.
• Dimensional modeling (star schema) and tabular semantic models.
• Advanced SQL.
• Governance: RLS, OLS, and dataset best practices.
• Microsoft Fabric (Dataflow Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and medallion architecture).
• Data visualization, storytelling, and dashboard UX.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Availability for hybrid work, with on-site work twice a week.

Responsabilidades

• Develop executive, tactical, and operational dashboards, primarily in Power BI.
• Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions.
• Perform semantic modeling (star schema), DAX, and Power Query development.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Consume data from data lakes and Microsoft Fabric (Dataflow Gen2, Lakehouse, and Warehouse).
• Optimize the performance of models, measures, and reports.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and standardization.
• Lead multiple high-complexity projects from end to end.
• Serve as a technical reference and mentor for interns and junior- and mid-level professionals.
• Support planning and the definition of best practices for the analytics team.
