A leading company in heavy equipment is seeking a skilled warehouse worker to conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections and manage inbound and outbound shipments. The role includes maintaining records, collaborating with various departments, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the AWP/MEWP industry and a strong focus on teamwork and detail.

Qualificações

  • Minimum of 2 years in heavy equipment maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience in AWP/MEWP industry is a plus.
  • Must have legal work rights in Brazil.

1. Carry out the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new inbound machines, stored machines, and outbound shipments. This includes exterior and interior damage inspections, component and accessory reviews, handling damage claims, and software and language adjustments.

2. Create detailed reports and identify trends for issues discovered during the PDI process.

3. Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate extensively with quality, production, and engineering departments to address issues found during PDI.

4. Maintain accurate records of new machine arrivals and machines that have completed the PDI process to prepare them for delivery.

5. Take corrective actions for on-hold machines to ensure they are ready for delivery on time.

6. Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.

7. Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure an efficient flow of materials.

8. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

9. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

10. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

11. Assist with the receipt of incoming shipments and inspect for damage.

12. Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations.

13. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, as necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • AWP/MEWP industry experience is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of mobile elevating work platforms and engineering, with ideally a minimum of 2 years in heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Legal work rights in Brazil with no restrictions.
  • A friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Team-oriented and confident communicator.
  • Good attention to detail.
