Nanyang Carpentry Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to serve as the communication hub between management, carpentry teams, and interior design partners. The role covers coordination from measurement through to installation, ensuring each project runs smoothly.

The position involves in-office work with occasional on-site visits to sites or interior design offices, and requires bilingual English and Mandarin. Construction or renovation coordination experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both in-office and on-site.
• Experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily communication across project group chats between management, carpenters, and interior designers.
• Schedule site measurement and drawing discussion appointments between carpenters and clients.
• Attend project discussions and site meetings with interior designers to track scope and add-on requests.
• Relay material and ordering instructions from carpenters to suppliers.
• Provide communication support for carpenters when liaising with interior designers or clients.
• Escalate issues to management when beyond routine coordination.
• Provide daily progress updates and reporting to management.
• Assist with driver and teams scheduling as needed.

• Relay and forward material andordering instructions from carpenters to suppliers
• Provide communication supportfor carpenters when liaising with interior designers or clients
• Escalate issues to managementwhen they go beyond routine coordination
• Provide daily progress updatesand reporting to management
• Assist with driver and teamscheduling as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to communicate clearly and professionally in both
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both in-office and occasionally on-site or at interior design offices
• Prior experience inconstruction, renovation, or project coordination is a plus but not essential
