Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Interior Design Drafter / 3D Visualiser to transform design concepts into precise technical drawings and compelling 3D visuals. You will collaborate with designers and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Responsibilities include producing 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for kitchens and cabinetry, plus creating realistic renderings using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape or similar tools.

Qualificações

• Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
• Produce carpentry/shop drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, feature walls and customised furniture
• Prepare ceiling, lighting, electrical, flooring and furniture-layout plans
• Create 3D models and realistic interior renderings
• Convert site measurements and design concepts into accurate drawings
• Amend drawings according to client/designer feedback
• Ensure drawings are practical and detailed for contractors and suppliers
• Assist with site measurements when required
• Coordinate drawing details with designers, contractors, carpenters and suppliers
• Maintain organised project files and drawing revisions

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Interior Design Drafter / 3D Visualiser to join our growing interior design team. You will work closely with our designers and project team to transform design concepts into accurate technical drawings and compelling 3D visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings

• Produce carpentry/shop drawings for kitchens, wardrobes, feature walls and customised furniture

• Prepare ceiling, lighting, electrical, flooring and furniture-layout plans

• Create 3D models and realistic interior renderings

• Convert site measurements and design concepts into accurate drawings

• Amend drawings according to client/designer feedback

• Ensure drawings are practical and sufficiently detailed for contractors and suppliers

• Assist with site measurements when required

• Coordinate drawing details with designers, contractors, carpenters and suppliers

• Maintain organised project files and drawing revisions

About you

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Experience with SketchUp / D5 Render / 3ds Max / Enscape or similar software is advantageous

• Interior Design, Architecture or related qualification preferred

• Able to understand interior construction and carpentry details

• Strong attention to dimensions and drawing accuracy

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Singapore renovation experience is advantageous

• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply
