Built Concepts Pte Ltd in the North Region invites a Project Executive to join our team. This full-time role coordinates project activities, liaises with site teams, management and clients, and supports timelines, budgets and quality standards.

You will assist with documentation, procurement, site inspections, reporting, and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, while contributing to continuous improvement across projects.

Qualificações

• 0–3 years in construction project coordination or site administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

About the role

Built Concepts Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the North Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. As a Project Executive, you will be at the heart of project operations, bridging communication between site teams, management, and stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards whilst supporting the overall project management objectives of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Co-ordinating and scheduling project activities, timelines and resources to ensure efficient project execution
2. Liaising between project teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly
3. Assisting in the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records
4. Monitoring project progress against schedules, identifying variances and escalating concerns to senior management
5. Supporting site inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure work meets contractual specifications and standards
6. Maintaining accurate project records, logs and reports for audit and reference purposes
7. Assisting with procurement activities, including vendor coordination and material tracking
8. Supporting the preparation of project reports, minutes and correspondence for stakeholders and management
9. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations on project sites
10. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation across projects

What we're looking for:

1. 0-3 years of experience in a construction project coordination or site administration role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
5. Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders
8. Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to identify solutions and take initiative
9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
10. Preferred: Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards in Singapore
