Responsabilidades

• Ensure excellence in operations through controls and planning in collaboration with the construction team.
• Manage performance indicators and support decision-making.
• Reduce costs while maintaining and improving operational performance.
• Develop a simulator for analyzing construction expenditure S-curves.
• Prepare construction project plans and conduct monthly follow-ups.
• Update master files and support digital operations initiatives.
• Consolidate construction measurement data and perform strategic analyses.
• Follow Tenda's Industrial Model routines and collaborate with interfacing departments.

• Ensure excellence in the operations team's execution through controls and strategic planning in collaboration with the construction team
• Manage performance indicators and provide information to support decision-making
• Maintain stable operational performance by identifying and eliminating waste to systematically reduce construction costs while maintaining and improving operational performance
• Support the integration of data and information, respond to demands, and execute defined and standardized tasks
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently to optimize activities
• Update and generate performance indicators and production monitoring systems (Overview)
• Analyze success factors to ensure line stability and improve performance in safety, quality, pace, efficiency, cost, and people management
• Prepare construction project plans, validate them with managers, and conduct monthly follow-ups (Master Plan)
• Collect and consolidate construction measurement data (PLS) and perform strategic business analyses
• Develop a simulator for analyzing construction expenditure S-curves
• Update the department’s master files to ensure information accuracy
• Support the management of operational digitization processes and collaborate with interfacing departments (Digital Operations Squad)
• Follow Tenda's Industrial Model routines in accordance with departmental policies, targets, and expected results

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering
• Knowledge of Lean tools
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and basic proficiency in PowerPoint
• Knowledge of operations and construction sites
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience in planning and controls is a plus
• Knowledge of technology tools is a plus
• Experience working on innovation projects is a plus
• Experience in Operational Excellence is a plus
