Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Civil Engineer or Architect with strong project management skills to lead construction scheduling, budget control, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will conduct site visits, validate plans, prepare technical reports, and support PMO-driven renovations and regulatory upgrades across Distribution Centers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for periodic travel to Distribution Centers.

• Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented.
• AutoCAD proficiency is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor construction schedules, tracking deadlines, costs, risks, and activities, and approve budgets with Procurement.
• Interface between clients, suppliers, multidisciplinary teams, and Logistics Projects to align requirements.
• Conduct technical site visits and monitor construction execution for scope, deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Manage deliverables from design consultants and validate projects before execution.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project progress presentations.
• Support maintenance at Distribution Centers during warranty, monitoring building systems.
• Plan and execute renovations and regulatory upgrades ensuring technical compliance.

• Develop and monitor construction schedules, tracking deadlines, costs, risks, and activities, as well as controlling and approving budgets in coordination with Procurement.
• Serve as the interface between clients, suppliers, multidisciplinary teams, and Logistics Projects, ensuring alignment of requirements and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Conduct technical site visits and monitor construction execution, verifying compliance with scope, deadlines, quality standards, and budget.
• Manage deliverables from design consultants, conducting technical analysis and validation of projects before execution begins.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project progress presentations.
• Support maintenance management at Distribution Centers during the warranty period, monitoring the performance of building systems and the resolution of issues.
• Support the planning and execution of renovations, expansions, and regulatory compliance upgrades, ensuring the technical compliance of all interventions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability for periodic travel to conduct technical visits at the Distribution Centers under your responsibility.
• Proactivity, accountability, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD proficiency is desirable.
• Experience in civil construction, with knowledge of project management, experience working with a PMO, and the ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary plans and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to delivery deadlines, with excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, design consultants, and internal teams.
• Proactivity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple demands.
