Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Operations Excellence professional to advance Lean initiatives across Brazil's North and Northeast regions. You will drive performance analysis, develop dashboards in Power BI, and lead data-driven process improvements within logistics operations.

The role requires a strong background in lean methodologies, structured problem-solving, and executive-level communication to influence cross-functional teams and deliver sustainable safety and efficiency gains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in logistics operations and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Knowledge of structured problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of project management and data analysis.
