Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and support industrial construction projects at distribution facilities. You will coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams, conduct field surveys, define scopes, and drive on-time, cost-efficient delivery.

You will develop specifications, evaluate equipment proposals, monitor FAT/SAT, manage supplier relationships, and lead design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and provide support for engineering projects and industrial construction at distribution facilities.
• Conduct field surveys, define project scopes, and propose engineering solutions.
• Contribute to schedules and investment estimates, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare technical specifications and evaluate proposals for equipment procurement and service contracts.
• Support supplier qualification and management.
• Monitor FAT and SAT, and support construction inspection and execution control.
• Participate in equipment commissioning and start-up.
• Lead Design Review meetings and coordinate involved teams.
• Provide technical support for implementation of industrial construction projects.
• Manage contracts and supplier relationships, including planning, progress measurements, performance evaluations, claims, and amendments.
• Develop, review, and update engineering standards and specifications.
• Participate in technical discussions with internal teams, manufacturers, and customers.
• Research, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies and solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks with preventive actions.
