Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Culture Lead to drive Lean adoption across construction-site routines in São Paulo. You will develop and monitor performance metrics, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a manufacturing-style operating model.

Strong leadership and analytical depth are essential. Requirements include a Civil/Production Engineering, Architecture, or related degree, knowledge of Lean tools, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
