Qualificações

• Familiar with CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Intermediate French (written or spoken).

• Monitor operational performance indicators
• Generate quantitative and qualitative reports, conduct analyses, and create effective action plans
• Provide operational support across all areas
• Suggest improvements to resolve issues or enhance processes, and provide feedback to the operation and the contracting client
• Validate and adjust 100% of new processes using operational language
• Define objectives and establish the communication and employee-adherence plan
• Continuously evaluate processes after implementation
• Assess results by employee, compare them with established objectives, and adjust course with the direct manager
• Present results

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Currently pursuing or completed higher education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as SAP, Totvs, Senior, Linx, or platforms with order-processing functionality is preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Intermediate French proficiency (written or spoken)
