Jobtailor is seeking a Lean Continuous Improvement specialist to analyze, promote, and measure initiatives that drive engagement and value across the organization. You will lead Gemba walks, map processes, and validate benefits while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.

This role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and structured problem solving using Kaizen, PDCA, and BPM/BPMN tools, with focus on measurable outcomes and cross-functional engagement.

Qualificações

• Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean philosophy and continuous improvement tools: Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, and A3.
• Basic knowledge of BPM/BPMN and Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience monitoring performance indicators is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, classify, and assess registered initiatives, evaluating their impact and urgency to prepare the action pipeline.
• Promote and monitor initiatives and performance indicators focused on engagement through campaigns, activities, and recognition programs.
• Drive engagement across business areas and strengthen active participation in the Lean culture.
• Take ownership of Lean recognition events.
• Validate initiative benefits and ensure effective measurement of the value delivered.
• Conduct Gemba walks in business areas to identify waste and drive targeted improvements.
• Perform low-complexity process analyses and mappings.
• Validate the benefits generated by process initiatives.
• Perform other related activities.
