• Identify client needs and propose improvements to their technology environments
• Assist with implementing customized solutions according to client requirements
• Support Microsoft 365 implementation projects for new clients
• Manage users, permissions, and settings within the Microsoft 365 platform

• Configure multifactor authentication (MFA) and access recovery solutions

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of implementing, reviewing, and improving Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of configuring security policies and backup solutions
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities in corporate environments
• Good communication skills and ability to understand client needs
• Punctual, committed, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Proactive in pursuing knowledge and keeping up with new technologies
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Microsoft certification is a plus
