Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer in Brazil to design and implement IAM, PAM, MFA, and SSO across client environments. You will integrate with AD/LDAP, cloud platforms, and HRIS, and produce detailed documentation and training for client teams.

Responsibilities include leading go-live support, ensuring on-time delivery, and participating in functional workshops with stakeholders. Strong English and ownership mindset are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, information security, CS, tech or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience implementing IAM, PAM, and MFA solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity/access architecture and Zero Trust.
• Experience integrating MFA in corporate environments.
• Advanced knowledge of AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading and writing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership mindset; willing to travel occasionally.

• Configure and integrate leading market tools
• Perform integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HRIS, legacy applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SaaS applications
• Produce technical documentation (architecture, configurations, operation manuals, and procedures)
• Provide training for client IT and security teams
• Support go-live and post-deployment activities, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and quality
• Participate in workshops, alignment meetings, and technical presentations with stakeholders

Requirements
