An IT support company in São Paulo is looking for a Service Desk professional to provide first-line support across its infrastructure. Your role includes answering calls, troubleshooting Windows operating systems, and user training. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor in Information Technology, basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, and communicate effectively in Portuguese. This position demands strong customer orientation and stress resistance, contributing to the success of team operations.

Qualificações

  • General knowledge of MS Active Directory technology and basic skills with AD console.
  • Basic understanding of network technologies and protocols.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows client operating systems.

The Service Desk is an IT support for the entire infrastructure of the company. All requests from Kaspersky Lab employees to IT go through us. People come to us with any questions: about technology and everything related to it, various accesses to networks and resources, and much more. If something doesn't work or is broken, we help.

Responsibilities
  • Answering helpdesk phone calls, creating/resolving tickets in ITSM Tool;
  • User training;
  • Setup, configure and install new PCs and related hardware; ensure security updates are current for all PCs and laptops;
  • Provide first line support on sysadmin tasks (MS Active Directory 2016/2019 administration including creating users, passwords, DNS, DHCP);
  • Server administration; assist in the implementation and support of new server and network infrastructure hardware (IBM Servers, Cisco networking devices, Dell workstations, Canon printers).
Job Requirements
  • Currently Bachelor in Information Technology Studies
  • General knowledge of the MS Active Directory (AD) technology, basic skills of working with the AD console.
  • Understanding the basics of network technologies, basic network protocols and services.
  • Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows client operating systems and standard applications.
  • Understanding how computers and office equipment work.
  • Portuguese (pre-intermediate)
  • Customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Stress resistance.
  • Ability to learn and work in a team
