Mathematics is a strong and dynamic department at the school, offering both IGCSE and IB.

Experience with the IB is preferred, though not essential for this role.

In Forms 1 to 2 (English National Curriculum Years 7 to 8), pupils follow an enhanced version of the English National Curriculum.
Investigative activities are included throughout the year and contribute to pupils' final marks.
Pupils in Form 3 (Year 9), Forms 4 and 5 (Years 10 and 11) are prepared for the Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics examination (without coursework).
This approach allows the department to challenge the most able pupils, support those who require it, and provide a varied and engaging learning experience.
In the Sixth Form, we offer both IB Diploma Mathematics courses : _Analysis and Approaches_ and _Applications and Interpretations_, at both Higher and Standard Level.
