Core Objective
Responsible for the overall planning, development, and operation of the channel network within the designated region. Through strategy formulation, distributor management, terminal empowerment, and supply chain control, ensure the achievement of regional sales targets and the healthy, efficient development of the channels.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Targets
Core Responsibility: Develop and implement the development strategy for network touchpoints in the region.
Performance Target: Establish clear channel layout plans, effectively receive and decompose regional sales targets, providing a clear network roadmap for business expansion.
Expense & Budget Management
Core Responsibility: Responsible for the formulation and management of regional marketing expenses and distributor policies (e.g., rebates, inventory subsidies, marketing support).
Performance Target: Optimize input-output efficiency under the premise of ensuring partnership stability, achieving precise budget utilization and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
Core Responsibility: Responsible for the development, relationship maintenance, and daily management of distributor clients within the region.
Performance Target: Maintain the healthy and sound development of the client network, continuously expand effective coverage through channel (penetration), and increase market share.
Terminal Store Operation Empowerment
Core Responsibility: Guide and assist distributors in the standardized operation of terminal stores, including product display, promotional campaign execution, sales personnel training, etc.
Performance Target: Enhance terminal store efficiency in consumer reach, order conversion rate, and average transaction value, driving sales growth at the terminal.
Core Responsibility: Monitor and manage product procurement, sales, and inventory dynamics at the regional level.
Performance Target: Ensure sufficient product supply at terminals, optimize inventory structure, effectively prevent stockouts or overstock situations, and guarantee smooth supply chain operations.
Management Hierarchy & Collaboration
