PERSOL is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to shape and enhance our organisational learning initiatives. You will analyse, design, and deliver training programmes aligned with business goals, partnering with managers and SMEs to elevate capability across the company.

You will conduct capability gap analyses, develop engaging materials, manage e-learning content and LMS platforms, and measure impact through post-training evaluations. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LMS.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workforce capability gap analyses with managers and business units.

• Select and engage relevant trainers, both internal and external.
• Manage and update e-learning content, while overseeing virtual learning platforms.
• Communicate course objectives, learning calendars, and logistics to all participants.
• Track participation rates and ensure effective use of learning technologies.
• Administer post-training evaluations and gather feedback for programme enhancement.
• Support the implementation of talent assessment methodologies and high-potential development programmes.
• Collaborate with team members to build knowledge and best practices, enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
