Cl Tampines is seeking an experienced training executive to support the development and delivery of corporate workplace capability projects. The consultant will understand client needs, conduct workplace needs analysis, identify capability gaps, and facilitate a one-day employee development workshop.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in corporate training, strong facilitation and consulting skills, and can work independently on a freelance/project basis.

Qualificações

• 5–6 years in corporate training and workplace learning.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Capable of engaging adult learners and translating workplace challenges into learning.
• Able to work freelance / on a project basis.
• Experience in workplace communication, teamwork, feedback, or conflict management is a plus.

Job Description and Requirements:

We are looking for experienced training executive and facilitator to support the development and delivery of corporate workplace capability projects. The consultant will be involved in understanding client needs, conducting workplace needs analysis, identifying capability gaps, developing practical recommendations, and facilitating a one-day employee development workshop.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5–6 years of relevant experience in corporate training, workplace learning, organisational development and employee development or related fields. Strong facilitation, communication, analytical and consulting skills are required, with the ability to engage adult learners and translate workplace challenges into practical learning and improvement solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in corporate training, workplace learning, organizational development, consultancy or related fields
• Strong presentation and adult facilitation skills
• Confident in facilitating discussions with corporate employees and management
• Strong communication, interpersonal and consulting skills
• Able to work independently on a freelance/project basis
• Experience in workplace communication, teamwork, collaboration, feedback or conflict management is an advantage
• Relevant professional training/consultancy credentials will be considered an advantage
• Renumeration will be discussed during interview.
