Qualificações

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Ability to design and deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent Portuguese and ability to deliver in Portuguese.
• Experience with gamification and engaging delivery methods.
• Self-starter who owns projects with minimal direction.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, field immersion, and ongoing employee development
• Facilitate sessions using interactive and engaging methods — think gamification, role-plays, and scenario-based exercises
• Adapt and localize existing training frameworks for the local market, ensuring relevance and impact
• Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business priorities
• Collect and act on training feedback to continuously improve quality and engagement
• Take full ownership of assigned training projects — from planning through delivery — with the ability to work autonomously

What You Bring

• 7+ years in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or organizational development
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to diverse audiences
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern facilitation techniques
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Portuguese — must be able to deliver training in Portuguese
