Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Learning & Development professional to conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver learning programs, and partner with providers to ensure impactful outcomes. The role involves budget monitoring, record-keeping, and developing competency-building initiatives aligned with business needs.

The candidate will coordinate wellness and engagement initiatives and help organise company-wide events, contributing to a high-performance learning culture

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Experience in learning and development or talent development.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
