• Develop training content according to specified methodologies.
• Collaborate with Service Analyst to analyze necessary technical information.
• Create support materials like lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.

Learning Analyst 1 (Analista de Conteúdo JR)

We are seeking for an Instructional Designer who will be responsible for the development of content in educational objects following predefined methodology and strategy.

Main Activities

• Develop training content;
• Analyze the technical information necessary for the development, together with the Service Analyst or Supervisor;
• Elaborate the content adapting it to the needs and objectives of each audience / training, according to the briefing passed;
• Develop support materials such as: lesson plans, handouts, instructor manual, learning assessment tools and test questions;
• Validate your material daily and make adjustments whenever necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in content production for Online / Presential training (mainly online)
• Education in Pedagogy, Letters, Administration, Marketing / Graphic Designer or related areas
• Advanced domain in Office Package (mainly Power Point) and new tools / technologies / IA
• Knowledge in learning solutions, teaching methodologies and Copyright
• Experience with Telecom will be a plus.
• Desirable knowledge in Articulate 360 and Captivate.
