• Manage administrative operations such as accounting, taxation, audit, leasing, and insurance.
• Engage with local authorities regarding legal and regulatory matters.
• Ensure service quality for major clients by handling customer requests and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain operational performance and quality control for on-site systems, including Abatement, Scrubber, and Chiller equipment.
• Supervise engineers and technicians, including shift planning and competency development to enhance site efficiency.
• Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention while managing service agreements and proposals.
• Analyze sales performance and oversee the financial balance for the Singapore operations.
• Conduct regular communications with headquarters regarding annual goals, performance measures, and growth strategies.
